Attention! Attention everyone in the Enviro-dome! Don't know about you, but Oliver here [points to the young man resting just out of view of the sphere] was just attacked by...something. I tried to reason with it, but it apparently wasn't interested in any kind of discussion.

Be careful, and watch for discrepancies in the snow fall. The creature won't be too far behind.

We do have some medical supplies, but I don't know how much.

Try to distract if you can, but don't attack it! We very well could be intruding on its lands and it's just being territorial.

And all of you on the outside...keep safe and out of harm's way. Stay in your rooms if you have to.

Not much to describe, I'm afraid. The creature's form seemed to be composed of snow and air--and teeth, definitely teeth. Nearly took a bite out of Ollie's arm here.

[for the moment, decides not to pursue his curiosity about how this new person doesn't seem quite human. dire situations and all.]

We're intruding on the land of a creature we previously haven't encountered despite days in the Envirodome, immediately after an explosion rocks Crucible.

Ever consider that the explosion was the exact thing that woke it up? We know very little about this ship, thanks in no part to the subpar library. There very well could be other sleeping evils on this ship, just waiting, biding their time.

If those other sleeping evils include the explosions happening throughout the ship? [ he shakes his head ] It's possible, because saying anything here is impossible is idiotic. Thinking that the ship has been holding all of these things in store the whole time isn't even entirely ridiculous, though I don't believe it's been planned.

[ displeased by the current turn of events, Rangiku has moved up to the Kepler cabins. In particular, Sasuke's; she'd made a few assumptions on his state of preparations and is going to selectively utilize what she's found. ]

The rooms seem fairly immune to the blasts so far, but there's no guarantee that situation will last. How long will your medical supplies last?

He's fine. Just got a few teethmarks on his arm, but nothing too bad. He's had worse...

[looks at the supplies he got out, and feels around his pockets for the rest] Well, I seem to be okay for a while, but if we keep on getting attacked, they won't last for long.

[ she nods ] It's good he's alright. Sad to say he may be better off in there, with you, than out here in the unexpected explosions.

[ Rangiku purses her lips. ] Keep me updated. If I need to, I can do a supply run and find a way into the Enviro-dome. This body can handle the damage.

[defensively] He is! He's still relatively in one piece. This...creature didn't get too far in its attack. I held it off for now, but I fear the others aren't fairing as well as we are...

[soundly sleeps through the Doctor's transmission, but starts to stir, growing fitful and beginning to toss, soon after]

[mumbles incoherently in his sleep]

[glances over at him, hoping his earlier outburst hadn't woken him up yet.]

[continues tossing for a bit, mumbling, but soon lets out a soft cry, flailing in his sleep]

[abruptly sits bolt upright with a scream, eyes wide]

[is surprised by his friend's sudden cry, but recovers quickly and grabs oliver's shoulders and gives him a shake] Oliver! It's okay! You're not in the dream any more! Come on!

It looked like nothing more than a whirling surge of snow, but it cast a slight shadow on the ground. I didn't notice that until after my initial encounter with the creature.

Oliver's fine. He was just taking a nap.

Ohh, that's the question now, isn't it? Thing is, even I'm not positive if it is or not. I've encountered many ephemeral creatures before, but none, that I remember, that can bite and wound in the way it does. At least it doesn't possess people.

One that makes its home in dead forests and snow. Its body might be composed of just snow, or it may be a camouflage for the creature. Didn't exactly get a chance to get up-close and personal with it.
